The XYZ axes utilize heavy-duty roller linear guides, offering excellent dynamic linearity, high load-bearing capacity, high running accuracy, no crawling at low speeds, and low frictional resistance.

The X/Y/Z axis feed mechanism employs an AC servo motor + coupling + high-precision ball screw (pre-tightened between the ball screw and nut, checked throughout the entire stroke to eliminate backlash).
