Equipment usage
Mainly used for milling of continuous casting machine billets, common materials for iron cutting billets include Q345, Q355, nickel based steel, etc., with a hardness of HRC30-40. This CNC milling machine has automatic testing function, dual milling heads, and two workstations. The gantry is mobile and the machining table is fixed. One workstation is clamped while cutting (with safety isolation measures, light weight, mobility, and easy disassembly), which can reduce auxiliary time.

Processing accuracy: The surface smoothness of the milled billet reaches Ra 6.3, the tool holder is ≤ 0.1mm, the diagonal deviation is ≤ 2mm, and the length difference on both sides is ≤ 1mm. During and after the milling process, if there are no other pollutants such as stains or oil stains on the surface of the workpiece.
