The SKSCX-8000 CNC plate groove double-side milling machine is a mobile milling head with a fixed worktable developed by our company. Its key features include automatic positioning, high-efficiency, and groove one-time forming.

It is widely used in various machining applications, including steel bridges, pressure vessels, chemical and environmental protection, engineering machinery, shipbuilding, and aerospace. The machining process is controlled by a CNC system, making it easy to operate and enabling automated, high-precision, multi-variety, and mass production.

Feature 1: Independently designed forming cutter head, enabling high-speed, heavy-duty cutting of U-shaped, V-shaped, and I-shaped grooves. This peripheral cutting process directs the cutting force parallel to the length of the steel plate, significantly reducing vertical vibration and blade wear.

Feature 2: The control system utilizes our own embedded software, enabling fully intelligent control of workpiece feeding, alignment, cutting, and discharge. The centralized control panel facilitates programming, storage, display, and communication, and features error compensation, automatic alarms, fault self-diagnosis, and program preview.

Feature 3: A reserved Ethernet port enables remote control and fault diagnosis, full automation , effectively improving processing efficiency and increasing sheet metal processing safety. The system also features a scheduled maintenance reminder function, providing regular reminders for equipment maintenance.

Feature 4: This equipment utilizes a German SP high-precision laser geometry measuring instrument for on-site monitoring and installation guidance. The instrument can detect all spatial geometric accuracies, including ground levelness, guide rail straightness, and verticality. It specifically measures guide rail parallelism and isometry on large-span split-type machine beds, ensuring parallelism on both sides of the bed, ensuring smooth and precise machine operation on the guide rails, and enhancing equipment accuracy and operational stability.
