This equipment is primarily used for root cleaning and beveling of external longitudinal welds on steel pipes. The equipment mainly consists of a base and a milling mechanism. The base is fixed, and the milling mechanism is mounted on the base. All structural components are welded from steel plates and profiles, with a reasonable arrangement of reinforcing ribs. After annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress, it features good dynamic and static rigidity and small deformation, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the machine tool. The machine bed is grouted after annealing to increase its weight and ensure better stability.
