The equipment is suitable for flattening high-intensity composite plates, as well as plates made of titanium, stainless steel, nickel alloy, copper, steel, and other materials.
The machine allows for an operating ambient temperature of -5 to 50°C; power supply: 380V three-phase five-wire system, voltage fluctuation range 380V±10%, 50Hz±1Hz; relative humidity: <90%, no condensation; daily working hours ≥16h.
Feature 1: The equipment is equipped with a pinch roll device on the feed side, which features a material downward pressing function. This enables the initial flattening of large deformation explosion plates, facilitates easier feeding, and also ensures the flattening accuracy at both ends of the plate.
Feature 2: Monotonic Upper Roll Technology
The upper roll adjustment method offers more options, including parallel, inclined, and V-shaped configurations, ensuring convenient feeding. Each upper roll can apply significant deformation force, delivering high leveling accuracy and effective stress equalization of the plate material.
Feature 3: The driving section of the straightening machine's work rolls is divided into front and rear groups, with each group equipped with an independent power unit. Each power unit consists of a main motor, coupling, reducer, and gear distribution box connected in sequence to drive the front and rear work roll groups respectively. This design significantly extends the service life of the work rolls and transmission components, improves transmission efficiency, and reduces operating and maintenance costs.
Feature 4: Equipped with a quadruple high-precision roller system, featuring high roller accuracy and excellent leveling precision; the working roller is supported by multiple sets of backing rollers to ensure system rigidity; the working roller is made of high-strength alloy material 60CrMoV, forged, tempered, and surface-hardened, with a hardness of HRC 60~65, offering excellent wear resistance and impact resistance; the height of each set of backing rollers can be independently adjusted up or down, ensuring optimal contact for long-term use or post-grinding maintenance of the working roller system.
Feature 5: The machine's lubrication system employs an electric dry oil lubrication pump, which delivers lubrication to various points via a distribution unit and pipelines. Each lubrication point is equipped with an intelligent sensor. In case of oil blockage or clogging at a lubrication point, an alarm device on the operation panel promptly and clearly identifies the faulty point. The system is automatically controlled by the CNC system and can collect information, featuring functions such as oil blockage alarms, oil shortage alarms, and pre-stoppage due to oil deficiency.
