This equipment is a specialized device for leveling metal plates, used for leveling roll plates and uneven flat plates (high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, other metal plates) in cold state. It is suitable for industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemical, locomotive and vehicle, bridge, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration.
The equipment consists of a frame section, roller section, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, corner mechanism or guide roller section, main transmission system, grease lubrication system, foundation section, and electrical section.

The whole machine adopts a frame structure, with the lower row of work rollers fixed on the lower machine base and the upper row of work rollers fixed on the movable crossbeam. The movable crossbeam can move up and down and tilt at a certain angle to adapt to the leveling of different thicknesses of sheet metal. To ensure the leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of work rollers are equipped with support rollers.
