This device is suitable for efficient groove processing of various shapes of plates, as well as efficient processing of various processes such as milling, drilling, reaming, and boring. Mainly used in industries such as construction vehicles, steel structures, petroleum, pressure vessels, wind towers, shipbuilding, etc. This device is a new type of high-efficiency heavy-duty processing equipment independently developed by our company.
    The equipment has better rigidity, high precision, high lifespan, high reliability, high positioning accuracy, smooth operation, low energy consumption, and can meet the needs of efficient production in enterprises.

   The workbench of the equipment is fixed, and the gantry frame moves forward and backward ( X-axis) on the slide table. The slide seat moves left and right (Y-axis) along the crossbeam. The front side of the gantry crossbeam is a sliding pillow type drilling and milling power head, and the rear side is a heavy-duty high torque milling head, which can meet both high-precision drilling and milling requirements and high-power heavy-duty cutting requirements.

Host
The host is a three-axis gantry mobile machining equipment with a fixed worktable, a gantry frame that moves forward and backward (X-axis) on the slide table, a slide seat that moves left and right (Y-axis) along the crossbeam, and a milling head slider that moves up and down (Z-axis) along the slide seat.

Main drive
The main drive of the machine tool is transmitted from the spindle motor installed on the slider to the milling head spindle through the GTP gearbox, with low-speed high torque and a wide constant power range.
Feed transmission
The gantry frame is located on the left and right sliding tables, which perform X-direction feed motion on the left and right bed bodies. The X-axis of this machine tool adopts dual drive synchronization and clearance technology, which effectively ensures the transmission accuracy.
