1. Gantry frame-sliding table-bed

The gantry frame, sliding table, bed, and worktable are all welded. Reinforcing ribs are reasonably distributed in the internal cavity of the component, which has good rigidity and precision retention. After the overall annealing and vibration aging treatment, the stress is eliminated to the greatest extent to ensure the stability of the accuracy and the stability of the machine tool. 2. Cross Slide ; ;

The movement of the cross slide along the cross beam constitutes a Y-direction feed movement. The heavy-duty ball linear guide pair is adopted, and the supporting guide rails are distributed in an oblique stepped manner to make the force more reasonable. 3. Ram type milling power head

The ram moves up and down along the cross slide to form a Z-axis movement. The ram is equipped with a hydraulic balance mechanism to prevent the headstock from moving down due to sudden power failures and other reasons, ensuring the stability of the headstock movement and the safe use of cutting.

4. Workbench

The worktable is fixed, and the workpiece is easy to load and unload, which avoids the influence of the heavy worktable and the workpiece on the dynamic performance, and also avoids the dynamic performance change caused by the quality change of the workpiece.

5. Chip removal system ;

Both sides of the fixed worktable are equipped with chain plate chip conveyors. The iron chips produced during the processing are transported to the chain chip conveyor at the bottom of the machine tool through the chip conveyor, and finally to the chip conveyor trolley.

6. Numerical control system

The control system of this machine tool adopts FANUC OI-MF CNC system, adopts semi-closed loop control, controls X, Y, Z three-axis linkage, and can realize linear and circular interpolation functions.
