This machine is a CNC full-hydraulic dual-drive four-roll plate rolling machine, capable of rolling metal plates into cylindrical, arc-shaped and conical workpieces. It can simultaneously meet the process operations of pre-bending, round rolling, circle calibrating and cone rolling. The metal plate can be fed in a single time, and the pre-bending of both ends of the plate as well as the rolling of cylindrical and arc-shaped workpieces can be completed without auxiliary devices, with a minimal residual straight edge.

This equipment features a rational design, simple and compact structure, flexible and convenient operation, high reliability, long service life, low energy consumption, and high processing/control precision.

It adopts full-hydraulic dual drive for the upper and lower rolls with digital control.

The hydraulic control system is designed with an integrated valve block for easy maintenance, ensuring excellent functionality and operational reliability of the equipment, and is equipped with an oil filtration system and an industrial chiller cooling system.

The system pipelines are neatly arranged for convenient operation; the metal oil pipes in the hydraulic pipeline are bent naturally and rationally.

The hydraulic system is equipped with a monitoring function that monitors all key pressure output points and oil temperature of the hydraulic system. In the event of a fault, the system can automatically shut down and alarm, and indicate the fault point.

The whole machine is equipped with CNC and manual control systems that can be switched conveniently, featuring strong anti-interference, long service life, shock resistance and stable operation. The control system has the functions of screen display, calculation, program control, process parameter storage, soft protection and man-machine interaction. Two operation control cabinets are provided, one of which is movable around the equipment.

The CNC system has the functions of real-time monitoring of the rolling process, calculation, editing and storage of process parameters for cylindrical rolling, parameter data transmission and power-off memory. The man-machine interface is clear and intuitive for easy operation. Through touch screen input and display, the input, editing, calculation, modification and storage of rolling workpiece parameters can be realized. The system stores the process data in the system memory in the form of menus respectively; when in use, the user only needs to call up the corresponding menu to retrieve the rolling parameters for the corresponding workpiece.

The equipment is equipped with an automatic fault diagnosis function and a soft limit protection function for all components.

Working Roll Drive:

Both the upper and lower rolls of this four-roll plate rolling machine are drive rolls. The hydraulic system drives the rotation of the upper and lower working rolls through hydraulic drive motors and reducers to provide torque for plate rolling. The torque is sufficiently large with reliable performance and low noise, which can meet the requirements of the plate rolling machine for rolling capacity, load starting and frequent starting.
