Structural Composition

Roll System

It usually consists of an upper roll, a lower roll and two side rolls. The upper roll is generally fixed and can rotate in both forward and reverse directions; the lower roll can perform vertical linear movement to clamp the plate. Driven by oil cylinders, the two side rolls can slide up and down along linear guide rails to assist in adjusting the plate posture and controlling the bending radius.

CNC System

Working Principle

Place the plate between the upper and lower rolls, and adjust the side rolls to the appropriate angle to ensure the alignment of the plate edges. The lower roll moves upward to clamp the plate between the upper and lower rolls, then one side roll rises to pre-bend the plate. After pre-bending, the other side roll continues to act, and in cooperation with the rotation of the upper and lower rolls, the plate is gradually rolled into a circle. During the rolling process, the bending radius of the plate can be precisely controlled by adjusting the upper roll pressure and side roll angle, ultimately rolling the plate into the required arc or cylindrical workpiece. Circle calibration is completed by the joint action of the two side rolls after rising and the upper roll.
