The upper-roll universal plate rolling machine has the following characteristics:

1. This machine is used to roll steel plates into cylindrical, conical shapes, and for straightening.

2. The upper roll can move vertically and horizontally.

3. Pre-bending is achieved by horizontally moving the upper roll, placing it in an asymmetrical position relative to the lower rolls.

4. Conical rolling is achieved by tilting both ends of the upper roll.

5. For straightening, the upper roll is positioned in the center, pressing and rolling the stress zone of the cylinder to eliminate welding stress and improve the cylinder's roundness.

6. During rolling, the two lower rolls are driven by a motor and reducer, providing torque for the cylinder rolling process.

Performance Features

Versatile Functions: It integrates both pre-bending and round rolling functions. After a single feeding, it can complete the pre-bending and forming of both ends of the plate without turning the plate around, and can also be used for the correction of formed workpieces.

High Bending Precision: Digital display devices are equipped for the vertical and horizontal movement of the upper roll, enabling convenient operation and accurate control, and the straight edge length can be set freely. The upper roll applies direct pressure for pre-bending, achieving high-precision end pre-bending.

Superior Product Precision: The upper roll is drum-shaped, and the two lower rolls are driving rolls with fixed positions. An arc is formed by three tangent points where the three rolls contact the metal plate to bend the flat plate, making it possible to roll ideal products within a wide range.

Rich Bending Shapes: It can roll workpieces of various shapes such as O-shape, U-shape and multi-segment R-shape. It can also realize multiple bending forms including backward bending, forward bending and combined bending by adjusting the position of the upper roll and the rotation of the lower rolls.

The whole machine is equipped with CNC and manual control systems that can be switched conveniently, featuring strong anti-interference, long service life, shock resistance and stable operation. The control system has the functions of screen display, calculation, program control, process parameter storage, soft protection and man-machine interaction. Two operation control cabinets shall be provided, one of which is movable around the equipment.
