This equipment mainly consists of a bed worktable, a mobile gantry, a CNC vertical ram drilling power head, a hydraulic system, and a CNC control system.
1. Bed worktable
The bed is a welded steel structure, and the bed is treated by artificial aging heat treatment to remove stress and annealing to eliminate internal stress.
2. Mobile gantry
The gantry is a welded steel structure, which is treated by heat treatment to relieve stress and annealing. Two linear rolling guides with super high bearing capacity are installed on the front side of the gantry.
3. CNC sliding table
The Z direction of the CNC sliding table is driven by a servo motor via a timing belt and a ball screw pair to drive the drilling power head to move fast forward, work forward, fast backward, and stop.
4. Drilling power head
The power head is equipped with frequency conversion or servo motor with high torque.
5. Hydraulic system
The machine tool is equipped with a hydraulic system to protect the dynamic balance of the sliding table and the hydraulic tool loosening of the spindle.
6. Fully digital numerical control system control
The CNC system of this machine tool adopts FAGOR805i system, and is equipped with RS232 interface and lcd liquid crystal display.
