Brief description of the equipment:This equipment is mainly composed of a workbench, a gantry frame, a traversing trolley, a main oil cylinder and pressure head, a hydraulic system, an electrical control system, a safety protection system, and other auxiliary components. A mobile gantry frame is mounted on the fixed workbench: the gantry frame can move bidirectionally, stop, and lock along the length direction of the workbench (X-axis direction); a traversing trolley is mounted on the crossbeam of the gantry frame, and the traversing trolley can move bidirectionally, stop, and lock along the width direction of the workbench (Y-axis direction); the pressure head can press down and return along the direction perpendicular to the workbench surface. Move the pressure head in the X-axis and Y-axis directions to align with the pressure point of the workpiece. After locking the gantry frame and the traversing trolley, the pressure head presses down to apply pressure to the workpiece to adjust and repair the workpiece.
