This equipment features high-speed drilling and cutting, and incorporates internal and external cooling functions.  In recent years, this series of products has been widely used by customers.

This product has a wide range of applications and strong processing capabilities. It is mainly used for rough and finish machining of inner and outer ring holes of various extra-large bearing rings. The machine tool can perform boring, milling, and drilling operations on holes and hole systems, complex shapes and surfaces, and various flat surfaces of parts such as boxes, housings, and bearings. It has functions such as reaming, counterboring, tapping, thread milling, and linear and circular interpolation.

The main functional components and key parts of the machine tool are of high quality. The equipment mainly consists of a bed and longitudinal slide, gantry and transverse slide, vertical ram-type drilling and milling power head, worktable, automatic chip conveyor, pneumatic system, circulating cooling system, balancing hydraulic system, centralized lubrication system and protective devices, electrical system, and CNC system.
The bed is made of high-quality HT300 cast iron, which undergoes annealing stress relief treatment, rough machining, and artificial aging vibration to eliminate internal stress, resulting in high mechanical and thermal stability.
The worktable is of a fixed type. Made of high-quality HT250 cast iron, it is heat-treated to relieve stress, making workpiece loading and unloading convenient. The worktable has a large load capacity, 2-3 times that of ordinary CNC gantry drilling and milling machines.
The square ram of the drilling and milling power head spindle box is made of ductile iron QT500-7 material, which has good mechanical properties and high strength, suitable for heavy-duty high-speed cutting.
