The bed, workbench, gantry, and power head ram are all welded. Reinforcing ribs are reasonably distributed in the internal cavity of the component, which has good rigidity and precision retention. After the overall annealing and vibration aging treatment, the stress is eliminated to the greatest extent to ensure the stability of the accuracy and the stability of the machine tool.
