2500T four-column hydraulic press
A 2500-ton hydraulic press is a large-tonnage heavy-duty hydraulic equipment. Its core advantage is its ability to output ultra-high pressure and provide uniform and stable forming force. It is mainly used in heavy industrial fields requiring molding, forging, stretching, and pressing of large, thick-walled, or high-strength materials.
Heavy Machinery Manufacturing and Parts Forming: Used for pressing and shaping large machine tool beds, frames, and bases, as well as molding thick-walled structural parts such as track plates and track roller housings for excavators and cranes, ensuring dimensional accuracy and structural rigidity of parts.
It can complete the hot forging or cold pressing of large gear blanks and shaft forgings, replacing traditional hammer forging processes and improving the density and mechanical properties of forgings.
Aerospace and Military Industries: Processing large aluminum alloy and titanium alloy sheet metal parts for aerospace applications, such as stretching aircraft fuselage skins and forging engine blades. These parts have extremely high requirements for forming accuracy and material properties; large-tonnage hydraulic presses can guarantee forming quality.

The 2500-ton hydraulic press is equipped with a multi-cylinder synchronous drive system and a large worktable, adaptable to ultra-large workpieces. It supports multiple process modes such as pressure holding, slow pressing, and fast return. Parameters can be adjusted according to the characteristics of different materials (metal/non-metal/composite materials) to meet high-precision and high-consistency production requirements.
