200*3200 Horizontal Down-type Bending Machine
This machine is a hydraulic three-roll plate bending machine, used for rolling steel plates into cylindrical, arc, conical shapes, and for straightening. The upper roll can move vertically; pre-bending is achieved through the horizontal movement of the lower roll, which is in an asymmetrical position relative to the upper roll; during rolling and straightening, the three working rolls are driven, providing the rolling torque for the sheet metal; the lower roll's elevation remains constant, facilitating feeding and operation; a longitudinal material alignment device is provided.
The main structure of the equipment consists of the upper roll device, lower roll and horizontal movement device, fixed frame, tilting frame, cone rolling device, vertical lifting device, side support device, lubrication device, hydraulic device, and electrical control device.

The main drive system of this plate bending machine uses a hydraulic motor and planetary reducer to directly drive the upper working roll to rotate and provide the required torque for the plate bending machine. The lower working roll synchronizes with the upper roll's speed based on feedback from the upper roll's rotary encoder, and the speed can be adjusted according to the plate bending process requirements. Compared with traditional transmission methods, this not only greatly reduces the footprint but also avoids the inconvenience of installation and adjustment of traditional transmission methods, facilitating machine installation and transportation when changing locations. It also avoids the uneven transmission caused by inconsistent pressure resistance between the main machine and the transmission part during foundation construction.
