On the premise that our company has fully integrated the pipe manufacturing production line and independently manufactures all equipment, we are carrying out targeted innovations for each piece of equipment. As a key piece of equipment, the plate rolling machine faces issues where, due to the inconsistent yield strength of steel plates, there are often discrepancies between the rolled products and the targets in different batches or even different parts of the same steel plate. This often requires manual adjustment and correction, and in some cases, even re-leveling due to over-rolling. Our new technology plays an important role in addressing these issues. Equipped with the latest real-time laser scanning, automatic re-rolling, and small-angle test rolling to determine equipment parameters before automatic rolling, this function greatly improves production efficiency and product qualification rates, marking a leap forward in plate rolling machine technology.
